• Upon entering the survey, the questions will be regarding the experience of the visit, the quality of the product, and the overall satisfaction.
• Additional questions regarding the chances of recommending the stores to family and friends, probability of returning to the store, and similar questions will be asked.
• Answer all the questions with utmost honesty and quality as they will help in building up the stores and brand in a much better way.
• Give any additional feedback in the comment box provided and click on Next.
• You will be asked to enter the sweepstakes on the next page.
• Agree to the notification by clicking on Yes.
• Enter your personal details such as name, phone number, email address, and the complete postal address in the appropriate fields.
• Your entry into the sweepstakes is confirmed and the winners will be notified after a random draw.
